This is a contributed rule, which means it is not part of the standard Prolint setup but you can download it separately from the Subversion reporistory and save it in your local prolint/contribs/rules path.

No Preprocessors in Include rule - bug
No Preprocessors in includes was an attempt to keep programmers from defining preprocessors in an include file with the intent to affect the parent program. It actually has a bug and should not be used. I was unable to get the bug cleaned up before leaving.
