SOA Migration
Companies not ready for full transformation can often benefit from a stepwise migration to a Service-Oriented Architecture. CI assists by guiding the installation of an Enterprise Service Bus backbone, identifying initial projects, and mentoring in techniques for repackaging existing code as services on the bus.

OERA
The ABL community has begun to embrace the OpenEdge Reference Architecture (OERA) advanced by Progress Software as a model for new software development because of the advantages of layered isolation of components. OERA is particularly well suited to SOA implementations. CI offers mentoring in OERA concepts as well as hand-on assistance in developing a OERA reference implementation suitable for a company’s specific needs.
