project sort options

Projects are now sorted by number, not by name.
Also, I would love to see the tabs that Drupal.org has: "Browse by Name | Browse by Category | Browse by Date"

Done. All that had to be done, was: goto administer > settings > project and press the Submit button. This rebuilt something in the database and the Project page appears the way I wanted.
