Would it be easy to add a column showing if I am subscribed to the group?

I tried filtering using "Is Not Equal To" "Currently Logged In User", which only filtered out Miscellaneous, which I assume is because I am the only one subscribed to it.

No, unfortunately not, I have tried that already this afternoon.

But when you look very hard, you can see which groups you are subscribed to: that is where the subscribers count is a href link. Yeah I know, don't shoot the messenger.
