Hi All,
I have used PDFinclude for over a year now. I have used templates successfully. I now however cannot get the pdf template to work when creating form fields through adobe acrobat pro.
I am generating a pdf through open office. I then use this pdf in adobe acrobat pro and create a single form text field and then save this as a adobe acrobat 4.0 and later file. I have attached the file and code. Any help would be much appreciated. I am using progress 10.2b i am still using the older of the two pdfincludes (is it v3?).
Thanks,
Scott

I have since resolve this issue by using Open Office 3.1 (old version) and building forms through this then exporting to PDF. I am also using the latest version of PDFInclude.

the current pdfinclude version can open whatever pdf template, including forms, and has far better form support as the one available here (respect of the font, color, text placement, s.o.), supports all the form widgets (checkboxes, radio buttons...) and can flatten or not (i.e. keep the form) in the result. you can contact me privately for more information.
