PDF template on UNIX AIX

Hi everyone,
I'm new to PDF Include.
I test it on Windows and it seems to work nice.
But now, I'm trying to make the same on UNIX AIX : generating a pdf by filling the fields of an existing PDF Template (the same one used under Windows).
Everything seems to work nice with the data I added by Progress, but the data existing in the PDF Template does not appear in the PDF result.
When I open the file I got the Acrobat message "XObject not found : BV1.", where "BV1" is the page Ident in teh PDF template.
I do also a test with the sample a sample Template from PDF Include and I get the same result.
Has anyone see this problem on an unix environement.

I cannot test with AIX, so you'll have to help.
1/ Which version are you using?
2/ Does pdfinclude fail silently? I.e. no error messages at one point?

Thanks for the answer.
1) The AIX version is 6.1.0.0.
2) Yes, there is no error message, but the content of the PDF template is not visible in the PDF result.
Everything is ok for fields filled by PDFInclude.
The PDF Template contains text, images, lines...

Sorry I meant the pdfinclude version... Is this version 3.x or version 4?

Also can you please send me an example of pdf template which is not working?
