OpenOffice

Can someone point me to some documentation that describes how to create form templates using OpenOffice. The pdfinclude documentation that I have describes how to do it with Adobe and mentions that it can be done with OpenOffice but doesn't elaborate or provide examples.

Thanks

You can use libxlsx.p to

You can use libxlsx.p to create forms as well as reports with pivots tables, charts, logo's etc.

http://www.oehive.org/project/libxlsx

And use the document conversion and printing utils to convert the document to odf, pdf and many other formats.

We're finishing work these days on a library for generating word files called libdocx.p which would be ideal for creating forms.

And then again use the document conversion util to convert the document to any other format and without making any changes to your program.

All these programs work on both Windows and UNIX/Linux and are compatible with Progress version 9 or higher.

Here's my mail alonblich@gmail.com if you'd like to know more.

SCO Openserver 5.0.x

Hi guys,

I have a question.

Can anyone tell me if pdf_include will also run on SCO Openserver 5.0.x?
This OS is based on a special UNIX kernel.

With kind regards,

Dave

yes?

I suppose that if progress runs on this platform, then pdfinclude should run also.
you will need the zlib1.so for your platform if you want to use compresion, but this should be easy to find.
