Anyone tried Eclipse Monkey to automate tasks in Architect?
Need to open a website e.g. "http://www.oehive.org" using progress 4GL code , and secondly would like to pass valid user name and password as paramenters, Please Help.

I tried to create a program that will generate code that will export table contents to excel
and wanted other people to test my project. (P.S. Please excuse my coding, I'm just a starter with progress :}).
This program is created using Openedge 10.1B and tested using Microsoft Excel 2007
DB2Excel is a program that automatically generates code for importing data to excel.
Step 1: db2Excel Collects tables from the database and makes them available for selection.
(if needed for schema preview, you can edit the source code to view system tables)

Notepead++ is a great open source programmers editor. I've added it a support to Progress 4GL / ABL, so you can enjoy syntax highlighting and syntax folding.
I possess one browse with the option multiple-selection. However, I do not know how to recoup the marked registers.

The standard repository for Enterprise Architect uses the JET database engine. This makes it accessible with Access and SQL, but those working with ABL may prefer to use an OpenEdge database and ABL, being more familiar and more powerful. An OpenEdge database is required for some of the ABL to UML tools available here.
